Two vehicle on the left shoulder and debris blocking the left lane has traffic slowing on eastbound 94 through Maple Grove. The crash is near the Maple Grove Rest Area.
Traffic comes to a standstill near 95th Avenue. Back near Rogers, look for speeds to drop between the Crow River and Hwy. 101. There is word of a stall in the area.
