8:15 a.m. update: Looking good on Cedar Avenue, not so on 35W

Delays on northbound and southbound Cedar Avenue in the area of 127th Street have disappeared, as has a crash that was on the left shoulder of the southbound lanes.

In Minneapolis, the wreck on southbound 35W at 26th Street has been gone for a few minutes. Traffic hassles, however, are still present. Things slow at Industrial Blvd. and remain thick from Johnson Street all the way to downtown Minneapolis. Plan on a 12 to 15 minute set back.

Elsewhere, there's very little traffic this morning. Spring break? Or is everybody staying home to watch the NCAA games today, or depressed because they are out of the running for the $1 billion prize for having a perfect bracket.

Hmmm.  That does make for good commuting for the rest of us.
