5:40 a.m. update: Delays on the Northstar line

The problems continue for the Northstar Commuter line. Heavy freight traffic has resulted in a 30-minute delay for the Northstar Line leaving Big Lake. The first departure from Big Lake was scheduled for 5:01 a.m.
