Good morning, commuters!

It's a tough morning for motorists in outstate Minnesota where travel is not advised in many places and numerous roads closed. That includes I-94 between Osakis, Minn. and the Fargo-Moorhead area.

In the Twin Cities, roads are in fair condition, but blowing snow has left ramps and bridge decks slippery. That has produced a number of rollovers and crashes in the early portion of the rush hour.

Here are some of them:

Westbound Hwy. 10 at Hwy 51, the left shoulder is blocked.

Westbound Crosstown at Cedar Avenue, the right shoulder is blocked.

Southbound 494 at Valley Creek Road, the right shoulder is blocked.

Southbound 35W at County Road J, the left lane is blocked.

Southbound 35 at Hwy. 97 in Forest Lake, the right shoulder is blocked.

For those who take public transportation, SouthWest Transit says all buses will run on a regular schedule but there could be some delays. Metro Transit also is running its full schedule of buses and trains.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
