Commuters on southbound 35W will need a 10 extra minutes to get into or through downtown Minneapolis. A stall that has been blocking a lane at Lake Street is the culprit. Currently the delays kick in at Hennepin Avenue.

Westbound Hwy. 36 drivers will experience sluggish conditions between 35E and 35W. That is about 11 minutes.

Westbound 494 is stop and go in the Newport area and then remains tight from Hwy. 61 to Cedar Avenue. That is now running at 23 minutes.

Northbound 35E is still sputtering from 494 to downtown St. Paul. It's related to an earlier rollover on the southbound side at Hwy. 13.

No major delays, but drivers will need to tap the brake pedal on northbound 35W from County 42 up to the Minnesota River, and on the Crosstown in both directions between Hwy. 100 and Cedar Avenue.
