Finally, a bit of good news. Crashes on southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue and another at Hwy. 13 have cleared and all lanes are open. Expect delays to linger for the next few minutes.
Northbound Cedar Avenue drivers have all lanes back, too. A spin out on the 35E overpass has cleared.
Hwy. 169 in both directions between Hwy. 7 and Valley View Road continue to struggle due to earlier crashes and spin outs. It's slick in the area so use caution.
Word is that the area of 694 and Hwy. 100 is extremely slick. Take it easy there.
A new crash on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. is tangling traffic. Ahead look for a wreck at Huron Blvd. near the University of Minnesota.
