A spinout on eastbound Hwy. 212 at Mitchell Road is adding to the tie up. Traffic is stacked up from Hwy. 101 to 494, moving at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
That is the same story on I-494. Southbound creeps along from Bass Lake Road to Minnetonka Blvd. Northbound suffers from Hwy. 212 up to 394.
Along the Bloomington Strip, westbound 494 lags from Lake Road in Woodbury all the way over to West Bush Lake Road. That is costing driver more than 1 hour. A crash at Lyndale Avenue is adding to the mess.
