The drive is not improving on northbound I-35 through the work zone from County Road 2 to County Road 70. That is still a 21-minute trip.
In Fridley, it's 15 minutes from I-35W over to Hwy. 252 for westbound drivers on 694.
Now we have another crash on eastbound Hwy. 36 on the loop from Hamline Avenue. Westbound is still struggling due to a crash at Lexington Avenue. The stack up begins at I-35E. Plan on 20 minutes from Hwy. 61 to 35W.
It's not pretty on westbound 494 due to a crash at Portland Avenue. Drivers are jumping on the brakes way back at Hwy. 5 with slow downs beginning at Pilot Knob Road.
