A line up is starting to from on eastbound Hwy. 10 from Greenhaven Drive to 7th Avenue in Anoka. Delays are not huge yet, but things are building in the area.
On I-494, the overnight work at 35W has cleared. Lanes also are open on northbound 169 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.
