8:35 a.m. update: Motorcyclist down

A motorcyclist lost control and went off the ramp from southbound Hwy. 52 at Upper 55th Street and landed in the woods. That ramp is now closed.

Elsewhere we still have some tough areas where congestion is slowing the commute. Here is what we are looking at:

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 23 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 13 minutes.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 17 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 18 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 17 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 19 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 10 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 27 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 11 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 16 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 25 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from Edgerton Street to 35W: 8 minutes.
