The middle of the rush hour was an adventure for some drivers who had to navigate around Styrofoam and dodge accidents that made for clogged roads.
As we wrap up the rush hour, traffic is moving much better with only pockets of congestion to slow motorists down.
Look out for a piece of metal blocking the right lane on eastbound 494 on the Minnesota River bridge.
