Traffic comes to a near standstill on northbound 35W at 46th Street as drivers try to navigate around a crash on the left shoulder.

The State Patrol is on the scene. Plan on 20 minutes from Crosstown to downtown.

Tim Harlow covers traffic and transportation issues in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, and likes to get out of the office, even during rush hour. He also covers the suburbs in northern Hennepin and all of Anoka counties, plus breaking news and weather.
