6:05 a.m. update: Expect delays on Twin Cities transit

Metro Transit says 7 percent of buses are running behind schedule with average delays of 2 minutes. Light-rail and Northstar Commuter trains are running a few minutes late, too.

SouthWest Transit will run all regular routes today but riders should expect delays due to bad road conditions.

On the roads, the ramp from northbound Hwy. 169 to eastbound 394 is closed. Authorities are working to clear a crash involving a semi.

Eastbound 94 is down to 1 lane at Zane Avenue where a semi jackknifed.

Minneapolis Mayor RT Rybak declared today as "Ski to Work" day. That might be the fastest way to navigate city streets.
