6:20 a.m. update: Pockets of congestion

While we don't have any major delays on the system, we do have spots where have some congestion.

Look for building levels of traffic on southbound 35W from County Road 10 to 694.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is beginning to get crowded from 35E up to the Minnesota River bridge.

Eastbound 94 from St. Michael to Rogers is filling in. Things loosen at Hwy. 101 and then tighten up again approaching Elm Creek Blvd.

I-94 between the downtowns is flowing freely. That is a drive you can make in about 10 minutes.
