The sunup slowdown and a crash is tangling traffic on eastbound Hwy. 62. A crash at Hwy. 100 on the right shoulder has traffic crawling from Tracy Avenue.

Traffic also is slow on eastbound 694 approaching 35W. That will add a couple extra minutes to the drive.
