8:45 a.m. update: Trouble on eastbound 94 in Minneapolis

Traffic is clogged on eastbound 94 from 394 over to 35W due to a couple of incidents.

Traffic is clogged on eastbound 94 from 394 over to 35W due to a couple of incidents.

One is a crash partially blocking the left lane at 1st Avenue. Ahead, there is a stall on the merge from eastbound 94 to northbound 35W.

Watch for a pedestrian wandering around in the median on eastbound 94 at 35E in St. Paul.

Northbound 35W remains tight from 50th Street to 94. That is 12 to 15 minutes.
