The late Monday rush hour is looking just fine with only a few places experiencing congestion.
That would be on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue over to 35W.
Southbound 35W has some slow traffic from Hwy. 280 to Hennepin Avenue, but it's flowing much better than it was earlier this morning.
