8 a.m. update: All lanes on 494 now open in South St. Paul

All lanes on westbound 494 at Concord Street are now open. The crash has cleared but delays remain. Traffic is slow and go from Bailey Road.
Use caution in the area of Pilot Knob Road and 170th Street. A four-vehicle accident is blocking part of the intersection.
Look for congested conditions on westbound Hwy. 36 from Lexington Avenue over to 35W, and on southbound 35W all the way to downtown Minneapolis. The tie up is largely due to an earlier crash at Franklin Avenue.
On southbound Hwy. 169, it's 18 minutes from 94 down to Hwy. 7.
Northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue are both crowded from County Road 42 to the Crosstown, so plan on about 17 minutes.
Southbound 494 is 15 minutes from 94 down to 394.
