Big time delays are developing in downtown Minneapolis due to a crash on westbound 94 inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. The center lane is closed.
Traffic is backed up to 35W and the ramp from Hiawatha Avenue to west 94 is plugged up.
The trip on southbound 35W is 10 minutes from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 280.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is 10 minutes from Hwy. 61 to Fairview Avenue.
Drivers will find minor congestion on eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to 35W.
In the south metro, things still look good on Cedar Avenue, 35W and 35E.
