8 a.m. update: Right lane blocking crash on Hwy. 100

Traffic is stacking up fast on Hwy. 100 due to a crash taking out the right lane just before I-394.
Plan on 10 minutes from Excelsior Blvd. up to 394. Southbound slows approaching 394 and remains congested down to 36th Street.
