7:40 a.m. update: Back to normal on Hwy. 52

Things are back to normal on northbound Hwy. 52 now that a stalled vehicle on the Lafayette Bridge has been towed away.
Look for a bit of congestion on westbound 494 from Lyndale Avenue to 35W. That's about the only snag on the system at this hour.
