The snowfall was puny by Minnesota standards, and definitely not anything like the storm that walloped the Midwest and Northeast this week. But it has been enough to cause slippery roads in the metro.
We've had scores of spinouts this morning. One reader said it took 45 minutes on northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to 494.
Currently the left lane on southbound 35E at County 96 is blocked with a crash.
The right lane is blocked with a crash on northbound Hwy. 280 at Como Avenue.
The left shoulder is blocked on southbound 169 at Minnetonka Blvd.
