8:40 a.m. update: Hazard on Hudson Bridge

Emergency vehicles have the right lane blocked on westbound 94 on the Hudson Bridge. A vehilce is also off to the right. Move over and give the responders room to work.
In Oakdale, there is word of a crash on westbound Hwy. 5 between 694 and Hadley Avenue.
Traffic is tight on northbound Hwy. 100 from County Road 81 to 57th Avenue. That's about a 4 minute drive.
Crews are removing a disabled vehicle from the right shoulder on northbound Cedar Avenue at Old Shakopee Road.
