694 delay mounting

A wreck in the construction zone on westbound 694 between Rice Street and Hwy. 10 has traffic at a standstill. The jam-up extends back to near 35E. It's 40 minutes from 35E to 35W.
Hwy. 36 is moving much better, so that might be a good alternate.
