Nightly lane closures on I-94 and 35W in St. Paul and Hwy. 5 in Bloomington are on tap for this week.

The Central Corridor Light Rail line between the two downtowns is nearly 75 percent complete, but there's still work to be done in the St. Paul commons area.

As a result, the right lanes and the shoulder of both eastbound and westbound 94 will be closed at 7 p.m. tonight through Thursday nights.

The left lane and shoulder of northbound and southbound 35E will be closed at 7 p.m. tonight through Thursday.

Three ramps, northbound 35E to eastbound 94, southbound 35E to westbound 94, and the ramp from University Avenue to westbound 94 also will close at 7 p.m. tonight through Thursday.

All lanes, ramps and shoulders will reopen at 6 a.m. and should not affect the morning rush hour.

Down near Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, one lane of Hwy. 5 in each direction will be shut down to allow crews to install runway towers and lighting.

The left lane and shoulder of westbound Hwy. 5 from Hwy. 55 and the main terminal entrance will be closed. The right lane and shoulder of eastbound Hwy. 5 will be shut down from Post Road to Glumack Drive.

Cones and barrels will be in place from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. tonight through Saturday.
