The state's Department of Commerce revoked the licenses of three Minnesota professionals this month. Chris L. Hacker, of Crystal, lost his mortgage loan originator license for making "material misstatements" on a license application, a state order said. Deloise Ruth Johnson, of Plymouth, lost her closing agent license and her notary commission for conducting closings while her license was expired and allegedly for notarizing a signature on a satisfaction of mortgage document without verifying the person's identity. The person named on the document denied having signed it, the order said. Teri Lea Randall, of Hewitt, Minn., lost her insurance producer license for allegedly converting insurance premium payments to personal use.
