DULUTH -- Duluth school board member Tom Kasper has resigned his job as the city's supervisor of building and grounds amid reports of an unspeciified complaint swirling against him. The Duluth News Tribune says Kasper has worked for the city's park maintenance department since 1994.

He said on facebook he's taking a month off. By resigning, Kasper will avoid possible disciplinary action from the city.
