Good morning commuters. It looks like a beautiful day for a drive weatherwise, but those who use Cedar Avenue in Apple Valley and Eagan disagree. Road work has northbound Cedar down to a single lane between County Road 38 and Diffley.

If yesterday is any indication, severe backups could develop.
