Do you know this man?

Minneapolis police believe he may be responsible for repeatedly smashing windows at two businesses on 36th Street and Bryant Ave.

The businesses, Kyle's Market and Calhoun Pet Supply, have been the target of vandalism and graffiti four times this year. They are owned by the same family.

On June 12 at 4:15 a.m., a male suspect used a large hammer to smash the front windows at Kyle's. He then "broke out the windows" of the pet store, according to a police statement.

Police believe that the "cultural origin" of the business owners may have motivated the suspect.

He is described as between 5'10" and 6'2" tall, 275-300 pounds. "He appears to have a large 'pot-belly,'" the police statement said.

The city is offering a reward of "up to $1,000" for "vital" information. Tips can be provided by calling 1-800-222-8477 or visiting crimestoppersmn.org.
