The following cosmetologists were disciplined by the Minnesota Board of Cosmetologist Examiners last month.
- Janine Panek, Circle Pines: Operator license revoked and fined $1,000 for submitting a fraudulent license renewal application.
- Luis Alberto Rojas Ledesma and Alberto's Beauty Salon Inc., St. Paul: Fined $3,000 for allowing three unlicensed persons to work at his salon.
- Patricia George, St. Paul, salon manager at Salon George: Fined $1,000 for reusing porous materials and allowing an unlicensed person to work at the salon for two years.
- Regis Corp, dba Cost Cutters, 3324 Promenade Av., Eagan: Fined $600 for repeat violations, including unclean work areas and improper tool storage.
