Three Minnesota lawyers have been disciplined for misconduct in recent days, according to court orders made public by the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
A court suspended Andrew M. Morris, of New Prague, for at least four months and fined him $900 for altering and falsely notarizing a loan-closing document.
A Blaine lawyer, Jesse Gant III, was suspended for at least 90 days and fined $900 after he failed to pay court-ordered sanctions for “bringing a defamation action that had no basis in law or fact,” the order stated.
Arlie M. Fundaun, of Remer, Minn., was reprimanded and fined $900 for failing to diligently pursue litigation, keep a client informed or properly handle funds.
View their full orders here. Related documents can also be viewed by clicking in the upper left hand corner of the order.
Arlie M. Fundaun’s documents have not yet been posted online.
