PASTEURIZED VS. RAW

Pasteurization kills harmful bacteria in milk with heat. Raw milk has not been pasteurized. About 1 percent of milk sold in the U.S. is raw, but it causes about 70 percent of all dairy-related illnesses. Research shows no meaningful difference in their nutritional values.
