Man in Mpls. found dead in 'suspicious' circumstances

Police, fire and ambulance workers found the adult man in the 1000 block of Lowry Ave. NE.

Emergency responders called at about 5 a.m. today to help a man believed to be unconscious found him dead in what police are calling "suspicious circumstances."

Police, fire and ambulance workers found the adult man in the 1000 block of Lowry Ave. NE.

The Minneapolis Police Homicide Unit is investigating.

The man's identity has not yet been released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.

Police ask that anyone with information on the incident call the Minneapolis Police Department tip line at 612-692-tips (8477).
