What's open and closed Wednesday

POST OFFICES: Closed except for the 24-hour office at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Express Mail will be delivered.

BANKS: TCF in-store and traditional branches are open normal hours. U.S. Bank branches in Bylerly's stores are open normal hours. Contact traditional branches for hours. Wells Fargo in-store and traditional branches are closed.

GROCERIES: Major supermarkets are open.

MALLS: Most are open. Call for hours.

MASS TRANSIT: Metro Transit buses and light-rail trains will follow regular schedules. Minnesota Valley Transit Authority, Maple Grove Transit, Plymouth Metrolink, Southwest Metro Transit and Metro Mobility will follow regular service.

PARKING METERS: Not enforced in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The University of Minnesota will enforce meters. Minneapolis parks will enforce meters unless noted on the meter.

SCHOOLS: Public schools and the University of Minnesota are open.

PUBLIC AGENCIES: Local, state and federal offices are closed.

LIBRARIES: Hennepin County libraries in Minneapolis are open. Call for hours.

RECREATION CENTERS: Call for hours.
