Corrections and clarifications

Last update: November 8, 2009 - 12:43 AM

CLARIFICATION

A story about the Institute for Exercise Medicine and Prevention on Page B5 last Sunday should have noted that the institute is a 501-C3 nonprofit and that the doctors involved are volunteers and do not own the clinic.

CORRECTION

A story on Page D1 last Sunday about pop-up stores incorrectly said that Ritz Camera has gone bankrupt. The company filed for Chapter 11 protection, but emerged as Ritz Camera & Image. It has closed stores, but it remains in business.

A story on D1 Saturday about Oxford Global Partners incorrectly reported the first name of attorney Lawrence Shapiro.
