The Minnesota chapter of the Community Associations Institute has workshops and other resources to help condominium owners understand their rights and responsibilities. They can be reached at 651-203-7250 or www.cai-mn.com.
Laws governing condominiums are listed in Minnesota statutes 515, 515A and 515B. Go to www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us and search by number.
