A toddler found wandering barefoot by herself in south Minneapolis late Friday afternoon was united with family members later in the day, police said.
The child, estimated to be about 18 months old, was found walking in the 2700 block of Nicollet Avenue S., in the Whittier neighborhood.
Police did not release any information about how her family was located, or the names of the child or her parents.
