Driver crashes into Shoreview strip mall

A 19-year-old driver likely under the influence of alcohol crashed his car into a Shoreview strip mall Sunday morning.
The crash ruptured a water main, flooding a store. The extent of damage is unknown, said Ramsey County Sheriff's spokeswoman Holli Drinkwine.
The crash occurred about 3:15 a.m. in the 3600 block of Owasso Avenue, off County Road E and Victoria St. N. The driver was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.
