The University of Minnesota Law School installed its new dean Friday.
David Wippman has been the dean since July, but the school held an installation ceremony at the McNamara Alumni Center.
Wippman joined the Minnesota faculty from Cornell University, where he had been a professor of law since 1992. He also served as vice provost for international relations and associate dean of Cornell Law School.
