The Upper Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences offered up the video, “We Are The Burnsville Police Department: Core Values.”
Other nominees in the category are Edina Community Television; Carlini Entertainment, and Twin Cities Public Television (TPT).

The awards will be presented Sept. 13 at Target Field, Minneapolis.
The Upper Midwest chapter includes Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and parts of Nebraska, Wisconsin and Iowa.
