The Foshay Tower lit up downtown Minneapolis Tuesday night.

The letters that spell out "FOSHAY" shine on downtown Minneapolis once more. The name on one of Minneapolis' most famous downtown landmarks lit up Tuesday night on all four sides of the Foshay Tower, one day before the building reopens as the 230-room W Hotel. It opened in 1929 to John Philip Sousa and his band playing a new composition, "The Foshay Tower March." PAUL WALSH
