Crews demolished a home Tuesday in Eden Prairie that was declared uninhabitable due to the imminent risk of collapse from damage sustained during recent heavy rain. The home's owner, who did not give his name, was at the site briefly and said that while the situation was saddening, the "city of Eden Prairie has been great." Neighbor Rick Perry hosted neighbors and media on his lawn to watch the demolition, and even snapped a photo as he instructed the assembled to do the wave. Perry told neighbors it was time to "make lemonade out of lemons."
