A 14-year-old St. Paul boy was charged Tuesday in Ramsey County Juvenile Court with three felony counts for allegedly stealing an empty school bus Monday.

The Ramsey County attorney’s office filed a petition against the boy for motor vehicle theft and two counts of damage to property after he crashed the bus into a gas station in Roseville.
