Fans hoping to score tickets to the Vikings' home opener against Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts and the team's seven regular-season games have lined up outside the Metrodome this morning.
Single-game tickets went on sale at 9 a.m. at the stadium near Gate B. Fans must use cash or credit card.
Starting at 10 a.m., fans can buy through Ticketmaster at 651-989-5151 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Tickets range from $30 to $135, except for the Green Bay game on Nov. 9. Fans buying tickets to see the Vikings-Packers game also will be required to buy tickets to the Aug. 8 exhibition opener against Seattle. Tickets for the two-game mini pack range from $96 to $176.
Season tickets beginning at $250 also are on sale. A five-game package also is available.
Here is the Vikings' 2008 home schedule: Aug. 8: Seattle, 7 p.m. (preseason); Aug. 23: Pittsburgh, 7 p.m. (preseason); Sept. 14: Indianapolis, noon; Sept. 21: Carolina, noon; Oct. 12: Detroit, noon; Nov. 2: Houston, noon; Nov. 9: Green Bay, noon; Nov. 30: Chicago, 7:15 p.m.; Dec. 21: Atlanta, noon; Dec. 28: Giants, noon.
