Post offices: Closed. No regular mail service.

Banks: All Bremer Banks will be closed. TCF branches inside Cub Foods are open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and traditional branches will be closed. Wells Fargo in-store and traditional branches will be closed. U.S. Bank branches in Byerly's stores will be open until 2 p.m. and traditional branches will be closed.

Groceries: Major supermarkets will be open.

Malls: Most will be open. Call for hours.

Mass transit: Regular Northstar service does not operate, but a special event train will be added for service to the Twins game. Metro Transit buses and the Metro Blue Line (Hiawatha) and Red Line will follow Sunday holiday schedules. Metro Transit and most suburban transit providers will reduce service on Friday.

For route information, call 612-373-3333 or go to www.metrotransit.org. Minnesota Valley Transit Authority will follow Sunday schedules. Maple Grove Transit, Plymouth Metrolink, Southwest Metro Transit will have no service. Call Metro Mobility for service.

Parking meters: Won't be enforced in Minneapolis and St. Paul. University of Minnesota will enforce meters. Minneapolis parks will enforce meters unless noted on the meter.

Schools: Public schools and the University of Minnesota will be closed.

Public agencies: Local, state and federal offices will be closed.

Libraries: Generally closed. Call for hours.
