A man died Saturday morning after being found inside a vehicle in northeast Minneapolis with an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
The man, believed to be in his 20s, died shortly after officers arrived at a residence in the 2400 block of Washington Street NE around 4:30 a.m. Police said they believe the man was shot as he sat in the car outside of a residence where a party was taking place.
No one is in custody in connection with this case, and the Minneapolis Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating.
