The passing rates on the 2008 state writing test for the five largest Minnesota school districts:

Anoka-Hennepin, 93 percent

St. Paul, 73 percent

Minneapolis, 67 percent

Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan, 95 percent

Osseo, 88 percent
