The attorney for the woman accused of driving the van in the fatal Cottonwood, Minn., school bus crash is asking to have her trial moved.

Olga Franco won't be able to get a fair trial in Lyon County, her attorney, Manuel Guerrero, is arguing in a court motion. He said the motion for a change of venue is coming "because of the magnitude of the tragedy and the ... inter-relationships of people in that county and because of the publicity that's been generated."

Franco is charged with criminal vehicular homicide, criminal vehicular injury and other charges involving the Feb. 19 accident that killed four students.
