The Minnesota Department of Transportation has delayed by one night the scheduled closing of the Interstate 94 Lowry tunnel in Minneapolis because of Monday's snowstorm.
The tunnel on the city's west side was to close at 10 p.m. Monday for an annual cleaning. Now, weather permitting, MnDOT plans to close the tunnel at 10 tonight and reopen it at 5 a.m. Wednesday.
