Man's body pulled from St. Croix River

The body of a man was pulled from the St. Croix River on Sunday morning, but authorities do not have an identity, the Washington County Sheriff's office reported.
Deputies were called to the river across from Windmill Marina in Afton, Minn., shortly before noon on a report of a body in the water.
The body appeared to have been in the water "a long time" and was significantly decomposed, authorities said.
It was removed from the water and taken the Ramsey County medical examiner's office.
No further information was provided by authorities.
